Banjaras and Gypsies, it’s amazing time of the year, the Scotland of India (Coorg) has become more beautiful and green in this season, We are backpacking and starting our expedition to Coorg and fulfil our mission of trekking, camping, bonfire & amazing Coorg dishes.

It’s a great way to celebrate the weekend at the picturesque scenery and adrenaline pumping sports organized for you while living under the stars in the campsite with delicious meals, late night music, and bonfire. Do not wait to think, you need this away from the noise and traffic of the city to absorb fresh air and rejuvenate your body.

Itinerary

Day 0  

  • Start journey from Bangalore, Board the bus from the below pick up points.
    • Manyata Tech Park -bus stop 9:30 pm
    • Kalyan Nagar – 9:45 pm
    • KR Puram (Under the flyover) – 10:20 pm
    • Marathalli Bridge (Kalamandir shop) – 10:45 pm
    • Silk board junction (opposite to Prashant hotel) – 11:15 pm

Day 1

  • Reach resort early morning and freshen up.
  • Fill our energy by having a healthy breakfast at Resort and start our travel for trekking to Nishani Motte Trek [Easy- Medium trek]
  • Relax at Top and come back for late lunch at the campsite, rest for the noon.
  • Enjoy evening Tea & Coffee
  • Dinner & Bonfire
  • Fun activities
  • Sleep at your beautiful camps/dorm

Day 2 

  • Morning sunrise from your camp, it will be misty and foggy in morning
  • Breakfast
  • Start travel from Campsite to Coorg nearby attraction – Namdroling Monastery Golden Temple.
  • Reach Bangalore around 11 pm 

~End of the trip with lots of memories & friendships

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund before 1 week of Travel
  • 10% refund before 4 days of Travel
  • No refunds before 3 days of Travel

Terms & Conditions

  • No alcohol & smoking during Treks & adventure activities. There would be separate window and space (usually at night) to have these at campsite/homestay for interested people.
  • No Luxury. We assure awesome memories every trip, but not awesome facilities! We provide basic facilities in terms of food, travel & accommodation.
  • The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule are permitted..
  • Absolutely No littering during our travels. We swear to protect our environment.
  • Co-operate with the organizer(s) in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure travellers won’t miss out on the real fun part – that is traveling. 
    • Every traveller is responsible for his/her for your own safety while traveling with Banjara and Gypsy. Don’t indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to you or fellow travellers.
  • Every traveller is expected to sign a liability/waiver form given by the organizer(s) after boarding the vehicle that discharges Banjara and Gypsy of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.
  • Unexpected situations: It may happen we do not cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary because of unpredictable reasons like bad weather, wild animal presence, abrupt blocking of sites by the police/forest department, delay in travel because of an issue with our group itself, traffic conditions etc. In most cases, if the time permits, organizer(s) will take travellers to an alternative place. But in some cases, we may have to skip a place altogether.
  • Travellers are expected to respect each other and help each other. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics and religion/caste/race.
    Using foul or abusive language, eve teasing, arguing with fellow travellers/organizer(s) and/or involving in physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by Banjara and Gypsy
